Bird News Tuesday 10th March 2026

Two Green Sandpipers, River Maine at Slaght outside Ballymena, also four Goosanders including one male. (David Steele).

At least 3 and possibly 4 Great White Egrets were at Portmore. (Kevin Kirkham).

A male Ring-necked Duck was at Lough Shark  Poyntzpass, Co.Armagh. (Joe Devlin).

A Yellowhammer was in The Orchard in Annahilt. (Garry Wilkinson).
