Bird News Saturday 14th December

In Donegal there were 8 Pink Footed Geese and a Barnacle Goose at Inch Levels and over 40 Long-tailed Ducks were at Fanad. (Wilton Farrelly).

Yesterday 5 Little Egret were at Castle Espie and 1,500 Golden Plover, 1,500 Lapwing and 300 Teal at the north end of Strangford Lough (Tim Murphy).
