In Donegal an eclipse male King Eider was with 6 male Eider at the south end of Murvagh Beach, an adult male Surf Scoter, a juvenile Little Gull and a possible male borealis Eider were off Rossnowlagh Point. (Brad Robson).
2 juvenile Wheatear and 3 Goldcrest were at St John's Point. (Tim Murphy).
Yesterday a Merlin was beside the road at Atnamollyboy townland in Co. Fermanagh (near Fivemiletown).
