Bird News Monday 21st February

A "Blue" Fulmar was at Lough Beg this afternoon - it was resting on the water at the south end of the main lake and present up to at least 5pm. A Spotted Redshank was at Mullagh and the Cattle Egret was also still present in the area. (David Steele)

The 3 Snow Bunting were still at Skernaghan Point, Browns Bay. A Barnacle Goose was among 26 Greylag in a field a Portmuck today. (Ronnie Doggart)

A flock of 16 Sanderlings were at Kinegar shore and a Ruff was at RSPB WOW (Margaret Adamson)
