Bird News Tuesday 9th January

Begney Lough this morning had 7 Goosander, 3 males and 4 females. Magheaconluce had a single Red Kite (Garry Wilkinson)

The Black Redstart is still at Whitehead. A single Waxwing was at Ballystrudder, Islandmagee (Daniel Newton)
 

A second year Glaucous Gull was at Portballintrae (John Clarke)

A single Pink-footed Goose was with the Greylags at Todds Corner, Lough Neagh (David Clarke)
