Bird News Monday 29th August

Whitehead had 2 Mediterranean Gulls at the seafront carpark this morning. (Ian Enlander)

Yesterday an adult Mediterranean Gull was at Kinnegar shore in Belfast Lough (Gerard McGeehan).

A juv Spotted Redshank was at Belfast WOW reserve. No sign of Black Tern (Jeff Larkin)

The drake King Eider was still at the south end of Murvagh Beach. Also Great Northern Divers back. 6  Ruff were at Inch Lough. 3 Ruff and 1 Little Stint were at Blanketnook Co Donegal (Brad Robson)
