Bird News Friday 1st December

An adult female Whooper Swan was 200m north of the base of Killard Point. A 1st winter Mediterranean Gull and an adult Lesser Black Backed Gull were at Ardglass. An adult Mediterranean Gull was at Killough Harbour. (Tim Murphy).

A female Brambling was visiting a garden near Annahilt outside Lisburn. (Garry Wilkinson).

A Black-throated Diver was in Dundrum Inner Bay, see picture below. (Wilf Swain).

4 Long-tailed Ducks were off Fishermans Quay in Carrickfergus. (Gerard McGeehan).
