Orchid Special

One of the highlights of the summer months (apart from the Laughing Gull) are the beautiful orchids that appear, some for only a very short period of time. The rare and gorgeous Irish Lady's Tresses makes another appearance as well a debutant on the blog, the Broad-Leaved Helleborine (Both pictures courtesy of Ian Graham). Also a couple of Common Spotted Orchids in the middle and a Fragrant Orchid and a couple of Marsh Helleborines at the end!

If only i had a time machine i would go back to 1998!!
