Bird News Monday 14th August

 The Black-winged Pratincole remains at Blanket Nook in Donegal. (Derek Brennan).

The Antrim hills had a juvenile Hen Harrier, Peregrine, 9 Red Grouse and a Spotted Flycatcher. (Stuart Cossey).

A juvenile Ruff and two Common Sandpipers were at the Bann Estuary this morning. (Theo Campbell).

Two light phase and a dark phase Arctic Skua were chasing terns distantly off Magilligan this afternoon. (John Clarke).

There was no sign of the American Golden Plover or the Yellow Wagtail at Myroe this morning. (Mike McLaughlin).
