Bird News for 9th Nov.

3 Waxwing and a Goosander were at Ballycastle Co.Antrim and 25 Snow Bunting at Carnlough (G.Campbell)

10 Whooper Swan, 2 Gadwall, 7 Little Egret and a Carrion Crow were at Larne Lough and 2 Purple Sandpiper at Sandy Bay (C.Moore)

11 Sandwich Tern were still at Portaferry,these birds may well overwinter (J.Foster)

A LT Duck was at Donnybrewer Lough Foyle (J. Wray)
