Bird News for Tues.18th January.

The male Ferruginious Duck was at Lurgan Park Lake and at least 2 Goosander at Lough Island Reavy. The fem/imm Smew was at the Quoile Quay and 43 Shoveler off Castle Espie in Strangford Lough.(S.McKee/H.McCullough)

8 Waxwing were in flight at Portrush and the ad. RB Gull at East Strand car park.(M.Tickner)

A 1w Med.Gull with yellow ring(from England) was at Ballycarry Bridge in Larne Lough.(C.Moore)
