A sea-watch of Drains Bay Co.Antrim produced, 3 Pom Skuas, 1 Arctic Skua, 90 Common Scoter, 1 Red-throated Diver, 7000 Auks, 1200 Manx Shearwaters, all were heading south.(K.Leonard)

Yesterday a Common Sandpiper was at Sandy Bay in Larne and a second-winter Mediterranean Gull at the lorry car park (Cameron Moore).
