Juvenile Waders

Many thanks to Allen Gillespie for this portfolio of three of our most common small passage waders. All birds are juveniles. They are Sanderling, Dunlin and Ringed Plover. This is an excellent time of year to check out wader flocks and pick up the plumage differences between juvenile and adult birds.
