Considering the awful weather to-day there was some news.
250 Golden Plover and 25 Snipe were on ploughed fields at Kirkistown.(K.Bennett) Well worth keeping a check on the Plover flock over the coming weeks, in recent years American Golden Plover have been seen in these fields.
A pair of Raven were seen over Ormeau Park in Belfast (D.Hudges)
At Larne Lough a male Goosander, 2 Knot, 48 Greylag and 6 Little Egret were at Ballycarry Bridge (Cameron Moore).
