Bird News Sunday 13th September

An Arctic Skua and 15 Red-throated Diver were at Burial Island on the Outer Ards. (Richard Weyl).

2 Purple Sandpipers were with a flock of 60 Ringed Plover, 24 Turnstone and 2 Dunlin along Seacliffe Road in Bangor. (Margaret Adamson).

Whitehouse Lagoon had 5 Greenshank and an adult Med Gull (Gerard McGeehan)

An adult Mediterranean Gull was along the seafront at Newcastle near the Slieve Donard Hotel (Leonard Charles).
