Bird News Sunday 21st June

Two Roseate Terns were on the far shoreline at Belfast WOW Reserve at lunchtime (Jeff Larkin).

Kearney on the Outer Ards had a Whooper Swan, 65 Black-tailed Godwits, 2 Bar-tailed Godwits and a Knot. (Richard Weyl).

Glynn today had an in-ringed Med Gull, 3 Barnacle Geese amongst the Greylags. There were also two young crows, which resembled Carrion Crows, though they were likely to be hybrid - Hooded x Carrion Crows. (Garth Platt). 3 Greenshank were also present (Gerard McGeehan / Shirley Dunlop)
