Bird News St. Patricks Day

A Scandanavian Rock Pipit was at Orlock Point, County Down. 
The Ferruginous Duck was at Lurgan Park lake.
A Whimbrel was on Rathlin Island.
The Snow Goose and 2 Barnacle Geese, 50+ Tree Sparrow, 4 Buzzard & 500 Golden Plover were are Portmore Lough.
3 Chiffchaff were singing at Oxford Island. 3 Ruddy Duck were also there. (Ed O'Hara)
2 Female Brambling were in a garden at Knock, east Belfast.
The Ring-necked Duck was at Ballyherley Lough, near Portaferry. (Keith Bennett)
2 Waxwing were at Derrymacash, Lurgan (Ed O'Hara)
