Bird News Monday 27th February

The adult Bonaparte's Gull was seen again at Ballygalley today. (Bird Guides).

3 Goosander, 2 of them male, were at Monvanagher along the River Bann a mile north of Kilrea (Derek McIntyre).

The second-winter Ring Billed Gull, 2 Red-throated and a Great Northern Diver were at Groomsport.

A female Brambling was visiting a garden in Richhill, Co. Armagh. (Irish Birding)

A Sparrowhawk was at Sydenham Bypass in Belfast. (Stephen Maxwell).

Yesterday 10 Snow Bunting were at Magilligan, Lough Foyle (Ivor McDonald).
