The Richards Pipit was showing again at the usual point at Killard. An Iceland Gull was also off shore. The Short-eared Owl was also present. (Philip West)
The 4 Russian white-fronts (see yesterdays post) were still with Greylags south of Annes Point (Richard Weyl / Dot Blakely).
A probable juvenile Rough-legged Buzzard was hunting over Chapel Island before flying off in Mountstewart direction at 9.40 (Richard Weyl)
The Cattle Egret was again at Hillsborough Lake (Neal Warnock)

The Bonapartes Gull was at Drains Bay, Co. Antrim (Irish Birding)
At least 16 Slavonian Grebe were in Greyabbey Bay (Richard Weyl \ James Robinson)
The Ross's Gull was reported as being present briefly at Ardglass (Birdguides). Also there were two Kumlien Gulls, 12+ Iceland Gulls and 3 Glaucous Gulls (Philip West)
A Great White Egret was also reported in flight at Ardglass (Birdguides)
The Ring-billed Gull, was still at East Strand Portrush
3 Kumlien's Gull were at Corbally Road Reservoir, Portrush (juvenile and 2 third-winters today) also 17 Iceland Gulls and 5 Glaucous Gulls there (Birdguides)
Reedy Flats, L Neagh had 150+ Greylag Geese + 1Leucistic, 1 Greenland Whitefront Goose, 2 Pinkfoot Geese and 300+ Whoopers at several locations in the S / SE corner of Lough Neagh (Ed O'Hara - picture below)
4 Goosander and a Grey Plover were at Killard Point (Gerard McGeehan, Shirley Dunlop).
Between Castlewellan and Banbridge were 5 Red Kite and 6 Buzzard (Bill Guiller)
A flock of 50+ Meadow Pipits were at Ballyhenry Rd, Comber - Chris Henry
Yesterday, two drake Smew were seen from the causeway on to Inch Island, Co. Donegal (Boyd Bryce)
