The
Pectoral Sandpiper was still at RSPB Harbour Estate best viewed from the lane hide, but it does appear to be very elusive. 8 Curlew Sandpiper, 2 Ruff, 1 Little Stint, 1 Greenshank and 1 Green Sandpiper proved a very good supporting cast.
23 Curlew Sandpiper (largest count yet this autumn) 18 Ruff, 250 Black-tailed Godwits and 2 Wheatear were at Mullagh Co.Londonderry.(D.Steele)
In Donegal, the count of Black Terns at Inch was up to 18.
