Bird News Saturday 2nd March

A Chiffchaff  was near the cafe at Oxford Island but elusive due to poor weather conditions (Ed O’Hara)

A Great Spotted Woodpecker was at Gosford, Markethill, Co Armagh (Aubrey Percy)

16 Twite were at Whitehead and an adult Med Gull at Browns Bay (Gerard McGeehan)

RSPB WoW Belfast had 9 Med Gulls and the Ruff this evening (Daniel Newton)
