Please see the attached flyer for a talk by Kerry Leonard in the Ulster Museum on 25th January, entitled 'Bird Migration in East Africa'. It is sure to be of interest to those of you living close to Belfast.
The talk will focus on the eastern Palearctic birds which migrate through the Tsavo National Park in Kenya, ongoing studies on those species and some of the excitement and hazards of catching birds in the African bush (in the dark). The talk will also include plenty of pictures of Afro-tropical species and big game - something for everyone!
This talk is part of the Copeland Bird Observatory winter meeting series and is kindly hosted by the Ulster Museum. It starts at 7.30pm.
