Bird News Friday 25th May

2 first-summer Little Gulls were in the southwest corner of Lough Beg (Jeff Larkin).

A Little Tern and a Little Gull were at Belfast Harbour Lagoon (Gerard McGeehan).

A Barn Owl, Wheatear, Whitethroat and Willow Warbler were at Kearney Point (Mike Coffey).

11 Goldeneye and a Spotted Flycatcher were at Rea's Wood on the Antrim shore of Lough Neagh. (Ed O'Hara).

A male Hen Harrier (picture below) was in Co Antrim along with a Cuckoo (Bill Guilier).
