In excellent conditions on the east side of Strangford Lough an exceptional count of 88 Slavonian Grebe (84 between Greyabbey and Kircubbin and 4 at Newtownards Sailing Club). Also 9 Black-throated Diver (6 south of Gransha Point and 3 at Newtownards Sailing Club), 18 Great Northern Diver (6 at Kircubbin, 5 south of Gransha Point and 7 at Marlfield) and 3 Red-throated Diver at Kircubbin.
