Bird News Monday 5th April

The red head Smew was in the channel to the right of the viewing platform at Portmore Lough RSPB this morning. (Garry Armstrong).

A Golden Eagle was seen in north Co Londonderry, heading towards Co Donegal. (Peter Hough)

The male Black Redstart was still at the south side of Killard. 8 Common Terns were also present (Dave Stirling)
