Bird News Friday 7th January.

2 Goosanders were on Corbet Lough, male and female. (Derek Polley)

The Ring Ouzel site was covered in snow this morning, so no sign of bird, the finder of the bird says he will look out for it over the next few days.

15 Whooper Swans and a Little Egret at Poyntzpass Tow Path.(Paul Mathers)

The Spotted Redshank was at the Moneycarragh high tide roost in Dundrum South Inner Bay.(David Nixon)
