Foreign Bird Trip Reports

A number of people have emailed us asking about trips that local birders have been on. We have created a page dedicated to such reports and if you look at the top right of the page you can click on the item labeled 'Foreign Bird Reports' to access this page.
The purpose of the page is not to hold trip reports (this is already undertaken by some other excellent web sites e.g. Traveling Birder). Instead it is to give details on destinations and trips that local birders have visited in the hope that they can provide a point of contact if you are thinking about a future trip. In addition, with many countries now served by direct flights from Dublin and Belfast, more birding destinations are now 'closer' than ever.
