Bird News Wednesday 29th September

2 Grey Phalaropes were off Rinagree between Portrush and Portstewart this morning. (John Clarke).

2 White Wagtails were at Millisle (Bob Watts)

A Red Kite was seen low over Carryduff flying towards the Saintfield Road. (Kevin O'Grady).

A dozen Purple Sandpipers were with Turnstones in Portrush. (Lindsay Hodges).

Two Pinkfeet were at Mullagh, Lough Beg this afternoon. (David Steele).

A dark bellied Brent Goose was at Kinnegar shore this afternoon. (Suzanne Belshaw)

An adult  White-tailed Sea Eagle was seen at Dunboe Road, Castlerock this morning. (Noel Anderson)
