Castle Espie today had 4,000 Brent Geese, 590 Wigeon, 250 Eider, 78 Shelduck, 23 great Crested Grebe, 20 Teal, 19 Little Egret, a Peregrine as well as Greenshank, Bar Tailed Godwit, Black Tailed Godwit, Whimbrel, Dunlin, Oystercatcher, Lapwing and Curlew. (Robin Vage).
A Snow Bunting and a Red Throated Diver were at Magilligan Point in poor weather, see photos below. (Mark Killops).
