I’m recording sightings of NI chough to build a picture of their movements. Our one pair of chough fledged two young on Rathlin Island again this year. To the best of our knowledge the birds leave N. Ireland each autumn and return the following spring. I am interested in all sightings and aim to collect as much information as possible. Information of interest to me would include:
Time and date of sighting?
Any previous or following sightings?
Grid ref of sighting?
Did you have the scope on the bird?
Did you see any leg rings?
Have you any photos?
What was the bird doing when you sighted it?
