Bird News Thursday 17th November
A Black Redstart was at Newcastle harbour , also seen were 15 Slavonian Grebes, 2 Great Northern Diver, 3 Red-throated Diver, 80 Common Scoter and 6 Purple Sandpipers. (Ian Young). A second Black Redstart and 18 Purple Sandpipers were subsequently seen (Mike McLaughlin / David McCreedy)
