Bird News Friday 19th November

A female Brambling has been visiting a garden in Whitehead. (Cameron Moore).

The Cattle Egret was still at the south end of Lough Beg along with 2 Great White Egrets and 26 Ruff. (David Steele).

A hybrid Carrion x Hooded Crow was on Black Mountain above Belfast, a Peregrine was heard calling. (Olcán Shaw).

A Flock of 24 Twite were at Myroe this afternoon, also 7 Pintail and 190 Sanderling. 629 Whooper Swans were in fields next to Carrowclare. (Dean Jones(
