Circa 180 Whooper Swans were still feeding on potatoes in Ardglass, some visible from junction of Crew Road and Downpatrick Road, roosting on Strand Lough, Killough; also c. 170 Greylags in the area; c. 1500 Common Scoter, 2 Eider, 60 Red-throated Diver,
7 Great Northern Diver, were at Tyrella, Dundrum Bay with 800 Golden Plover and 30 Twite onTyrella shore. (Chris Murphy).
